As an LPN, you will be integral to the surgical experience, conducting pre-admission assessments and monitoring recovery. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe and efficient patient-centred care. Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct pre-admission health assessments and medication reviews • Coordinate diagnostic testing and communicate findings to physicians • Admit patients and prepare them for surgery • Monitor post-operative recovery and provide nursing care • Administer medications and offer discharge education

Requirements: • Current LPN registration in good standing • Minimum one year of acute care nursing experience • Previous experience in pre-admission or post-operative nursing preferred • BLS certification required; ACLS is an asset • Solid organizational and assessment skills
