In this hybrid role, you will serve as a vital partner to C-suite leadership, driving operational efficiency, seamless stakeholder communications, and active sales pipeline management for a pioneer in AI-powered brain health solutions.

As an Executive Sales Administrator, your responsibilities will blend high-level administrative support with core business operations.

You will manage complex executive schedules, coordinate investor and client meetings, maintain CRM data integrity, and support financial administrative tasks including Quick

Books bookkeeping.

Advantages Competitive annual salary range between $55,000 and $75,000 based on experience.

Responsibilities Manage the executive calendar, prioritizing scheduling, meetings,



and daily operational priorities.

Coordinate high-level customer, partner, and investor communications, meetings, and follow-ups.

Maintain CRM data integrity, tracking sales pipeline activity, scheduling software demos, and supporting client onboarding.

Prepare professional presentations, proposals, business documents, and reports for senior stakeholders.

Track cross-functional project timelines, action items, and company-wide strategic initiatives.

Oversee day-to-day office administrative functions, including basic bookkeeping and Quick

Books maintenance.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall organizational efficiency and workflow.

Additional administrative duties as required Qualifications Entrepreneurial growth mindset.

Background or interest in neuroscience.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Power

Point, Outlook, Teams).

Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Hub

Spot or Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Working knowledge of financial and bookkeeping software, specifically Quick

Books.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored for high-level executive and scientific audiences.

Superior organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management capabilities.
