Insight Global is seeking a Lead Supply Chain Specialist
to support our clients Data Center operations team and lead critical supply chain activities related to builds of global data centers.

In this role, you will act as a key contact for supply plans, ensuring the right products are delivered to the right place at the right time.

You will drive process improvement through SOP documentation, assist in PO issuance, manage and track complex project deliverables, and ensure seamless communication with suppliers and internal teams.

Skills and Requirements
• BA/BS degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, facilities management, or a related domain
• Strong experience with supply planning, inventory optimization, and operational supplier management
• Extensive hands-on experience with funds management and Purchase Order (PO) issuance
• Proven ability to document and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present effectively to all organizational levels
• Strong project tracking and organizational skills; experience managing multiple large-scale trackers
• Highly process-focused with the ability to monitor project status and follow up directly with suppliers to ensure timely deliverables • MBA or Master's in a related field
• Experience in project management and production/planning
• Familiarity with construction lifecycle processes and data center environments
