Your role The Corporate Quality Coordinator supports the various quality functions across the company.
They participate in strategic projects, provide technical support to plants, comanufacturers, and corporate teams, and contribute to maintaining regulatory compliance and quality systems.
Depending on organizational priorities, the person may be temporarily assigned to specific projects or external manufacturing partners requiring regular onsite presence.
The position may be based at our Saint
Hyacinthe plant or at our downtown Montral office , in a hybrid work model.
What you will accomplish daily Support quality assurance activities in plants and with manufacturing partners (comanufacturers) Participate in continuous improvement projects, production transfers, and product launches Support the management of external suppliers and followup on nonconformities Contribute to maintaining quality systems and certifications Participate in internal audits, external supplier audits, and partner audits Support regulatory activities and compliance assessments Contribute to investigations, CAPA, risk analyses, and change management Ensure followup on action plans and corporate quality initiatives What you need to join our team Frequent travel between the plant and manufacturing partners Availability to be temporarily assigned to a comanufacturer or a project requiring sustained onsite presence; may occasionally be required to work weekends in case of urgent needs Hold a Bachelors degree in Food Science and Technology with 5 years of relevant experience in quality, auditing, and manufacturing OR a college diploma in Food Processing and Quality Technology A minimum of 710 years of relevant experience Strong technical knowledge of food manufacturing systems and commercialization Solid knowledge in science, microbiology, chemistry, and biological risks Ability to process and analyze data using advanced digital tools (e.g., Power BI) Bilingualism: daily interactions in French and English Want to be part of a company that has both flavour and purpose?
