Amazon in Bolton, Ontario is seeking an Area Manager II to lead a team of hourly associates and drive safety, quality, and on‑time delivery across multiple workflows. You will mentor staff, analyze performance, and partner with Safety, HR, and Quality teams to meet business objectives.
This role requires 2+ years in people management, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and flexibility to work weekends and nights. Base salary ranges CAD 75k–105k with comprehensive advantages.
