As the Director of Total Rewards and HRIS, you will have a pivotal role within the People & Culture Leadership Team at TVO Media Education Group. You will oversee the total rewards philosophy while optimizing compensation and benefits management. Your leadership will guide team operations and enhance HRIS functionalities, driving continuous improvement and efficiency across processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide compensation matters, adhering to Collective Agreements
• Oversee development of benefits and payroll policies
• Manage costs of compensation and benefits programs
• Evaluate effectiveness of compensation frameworks
• Lead job evaluation processes for appropriate role assessment
Requirements:
• 7-10 years in total rewards and HRIS management
• Leadership experience of at least 5 years
• Strong foundation in HR regulations and compliance
• Advanced skills in MS Excel for data analysis
• Proven ability in leading high-performing teams
