veritree and Role Overview veritree is an award-winning climate tech start-up based in Vancouver. Launched in 2021, our technology measures and verifies the impact of global restoration efforts from the ground up. We are on a mission to plant 1 billion verified trees by 2030, collaborating with businesses, planting organizations, and consumers who believe in the transformative power of verified restoration projects to create real and meaningful impact for the planet, nature, and people. veritree is seeking a Senior Manager, Campaign & Product Marketing to own the story of what we sell and the engine that takes it to market. This is a product marketing role at its core. You will sit between the Forest team, who source, plant, and monitor our restoration projects, and every commercial motion at veritree. Your job is to take what Forest knows and turn it into positioning, narrative, and proof that our Sales, Business Development, and Customer Success teams can carry into the room and defend under scrutiny. Then you hand that story forward: to the campaign function to drive net-current acquisition, and to the co-marketing function to deepen and expand the partners we already have. This is a product marketing role at its core. You will sit between the Forest team, who source, plant, and monitor our restoration projects and every commercial motion at veritree. Your job is to take what Forest knows and turn it into positioning, narrative, and proof that our Sales, Business Development, and Customer Success teams can carry into the room and defend under scrutiny. Then you hand that story forward: to the campaign function to drive net-new acquisition, and to the co-marketing function to deepen and expand the partners we already have.
Key Responsibilities Product Marketing & Portfolio Positioning (~40%) Own veritree's positioning,

messaging, and value proposition architecture across the full solution portfolio - as a whole and by ecosystem package (mangrove, terrestrial, wildfire, agroforestry). Own the segment and ICP messaging framework: who we sell to, what they care about, what changes their mind, and which project we lead with for which buyer. Own the product catalogue and the commercial logic behind it, partnering with Revenue and Finance on per-project and per-package pricing guidance so reps understand not just the price but why the project is worth it. Direct the Impact Solutions Engineer's work on the canonical project library, and hold the standard for what "sales-ready" means at the project level. You set the frame; they build and maintain the substance. Own competitive and category positioning - how veritree is different from offsetting, from unverified planting, and from adjacent MRV and nature-tech players - and keep that current as the category moves. Feed buyer and field insight back into Forest and Product, influencing which projects we source, how we describe them, and what our technology needs to capture next.
The veritree Story (~30%) Own the master narrative: the single and defensible account of what veritree does and why it matters, from which every campaign, deck, and pitch derives. Build and evidence the impact story at three layers (the worker, the community, and the ecosystem) grounded in veritree's own monitoring data,

field media, and verification methodology. Own the claims standard and final sign-off across everything the team ships. You decide what the standard is and what does not pass it. You know the difference between a compelling claim and a defensible one, and you only ever ship the defensible one. Set brand voice and the editorial bar for the team's output, and edit to it. Brand is not a separate workstream here, it is the connective tissue across product, campaign, and co-marketing.
Campaign Marketing & Demand Generation (~30%) Translate positioning into campaign direction and hand it to the campaign function: the angle, the audience, the offer, the proof, the message hierarchy. Set the H1/H2 campaign narrative calendar against the AOP, key moments, and partner milestones, and hold the team to it. Direct acquisition campaign concepts, launch campaigns, gated content and lead magnet themes, nurture logic, and ABM plays. Own the quality bar on campaign creative and copy, and the post-campaign read: what landed, what didn't, and what that tells us about the positioning. Partner closely with the Senior Growth Marketing Engineer, who owns targeting, bidding, scoring, and campaign tracking. You are not accountable for the pipeline number, but you are accountable for the readiness, quality, and coherence of everything that feeds it.
Co-Marketing & Customer Expansion Direct the co-marketing function's work with existing partners, case studies, joint announcements, partner impact narratives, award submissions, and activations with net revenue retention as the goal. Make sure the expansion story is as well built as the acquisition story: what a partner's second and third year with veritree l
