In this role, you will join a collegial team dedicated to navigating the legal landscape of financial services. Drawing on more than 10 years of experience, your focus will be on drafting, negotiating, and providing advice on a wide range of commercial contracts. You'll also mentor and develop team members, ensuring they are equipped to meet the evolving challenges of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise business partners on legal and compliance issues
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
• Manage privacy-related matters and compliance initiatives




• Identify and mitigate legal risks for strategic projects
• Provide leadership and coaching to legal staff

Requirements:
• LLB or JD degree with Bar admission in Ontario
• At least 10 years of relevant corporate law experience
• Expertise in commercial contracts and privacy law
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
