Key Responsibilities Works with the unit's business functions to understand needs
Manage all purchasing activities including supplier contracts, price negotiations, and RFQ management for your own area of responsibility
Act as the contract owner for direct material suppliers and support the implementation of global/area category plans
Identify and drive new cost savings initiatives to support profitability
Manage supplier quality and on-time delivery in collaboration with the stakeholders.
Qualifications B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, supply chain management, or business)
3 or more years work experience in procurement
Experience in leading supplier negotiations and managing supplier relationships with local, regional, and global suppliers
Familiarity with SAP is an asset
Knowledge of electrification and/or electronics supply markets and technology is an asset
Ability to work independently and effectively in a multinational environment
Fluent English and Italian other languages are an asset
Willingness for short business trips within the European Union (and, occasionally, to China)
Employment Terms Employment under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry
Gross annual salary starting from €48,000, commensurate with experience and skills
The compensation package is complemented by variable incentives and company benefits
