Ministry of Technology & Innovation seeks a Senior PM to lead 4 high-priority digital transformation projects:

GRIK Initiative – natural gas royalty-in-kind systems (MRIS, Petrinex, CARS)

BRIK Regulatory Backstop – legacy royalty system modernization

EHRP Modernization – hydrocarbon recovery program streams

Must Have

4+ yrs PM experience with ADX Studio & CRM Dynamics → Power Apps/Dataverse migrations

8+ yrs defining project scope with business stakeholders

8+ yrs managing multiple projects concurrently

8+ yrs as PM on large complex custom software projects

Nice to Have

Budget forecasting & management (3 yrs)

Stakeholder facilitation (3 yrs)

Mandated/legislated projects (3 yrs)

Details
Edmonton (primarily remote, Possibility of up to 15% onsite meeting)
