CaRMS is looking for a Bilingual External Relations & Partnerships Specialist to strengthen partnerships and drive collaboration. This fully remote position requires strategic relationship management with key stakeholders in Canada.

You will play a vital role in engaging partners and translating their needs into actionable insights. With five years of experience in external relations or partnership management, you will facilitate meetings to understand evolving demands and align internal teams with partner perspectives. Your proven communication skills will help foster long-term collaboration with medical faculties and organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage relationships with external partners and key stakeholders
• Represent CaRMS at relevant external meetings and conferences




• Facilitate discussions to gather partner insights and challenges
• Translate feedback into actionable recommendations for strategy
• Foster partnerships that align with CaRMS' objectives

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Five or more years of experience in external relations
• Experience in a healthcare or educational workplace
• Proficient in digital collaboration tools (Microsoft 365)
• Bilingual in English and French
