In this full time leadership role, you will establish and oversee the integration of quality frameworks, monitor performance indicators, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will greatly influence client outcomes and the effectiveness of healthcare delivery across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Quality, Risk, and Compliance Framework implementation
• Drive organization-wide quality enhancement initiatives

• Guide accreditation processes and ensure compliance

Requirements:
• 5-8 years in healthcare quality management
• Master’s Degree in a healthcare-related field
• Expertise in risk management and compliance
• Strong leadership and communication capabilities
• Adaptable and organized in complex environments
