Take your scheduling expertise to the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority in the role of Nursing Scheduling Clerk. This full time position requires in-person attendance to coordinate staffing effectively across units.
As part of the HR Scheduling team, you will ensure the efficient operation of staffing arrangements for the Deer Lodge Centre, supporting nursing staff of over 600. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records and addressing staff inquiries regarding their employment benefits. Facilitating effective communication between various nursing units will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily and weekly nursing staff scheduling
• Support over 600 nursing staff with attendance and contract inquiries
• Maintain records through computerized scheduling programs
• Foster inter-departmental relations to enhance operations
• Notify management of health and safety concerns
Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma required
• Familiarity with office and scheduling software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Self-motivated and reliable in completing assigned duties
