Aquatic Leadership Conductors play a key part in delivering Lifesaving Society's advanced courses while ensuring all policies and safety standards are upheld. Conductor positions require appropriate certifications, along with strong communication skills to engage students of all ages in a collaborative learning atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead advanced leadership training and evaluations
• Supervise candidates meticulously during lessons and drills
• Create a positive, fun, and safe learning setting




• Carry necessary teaching aids while on the pool deck
• Complete all required paperwork accurately during shifts

Requirements:
• Hold current Lifesaving Society certifications for courses taught
• Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of aquatic emergency procedures and standards
• Ability to teach at least two courses each year
• Exhibits leadership and supports a positive workplace culture
