GoodLife Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Motivator) to be the welcoming face at the club desk. You will greet Members, check them in, answer calls, and guide walk-ins while ensuring a friendly, clean, and safe setting.
You will know our memberships and club services well, assist with machine questions, and pursue opportunities to sell memberships and services while delivering exceptional member experiences.
