Responsibilities Setup & Operation: Prepare and run CNC equipment (lathes, mills, or routers) to manufacture parts adhering to tight tolerances.
Cycle Management: Load raw materials safely and monitor automated production sequences from start to finish.
Blueprint Reading: Translate technical schematics, engineering drawings, and work orders into accurate production specs.
In-Process Quality Checks: Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height/depth gauges) to verify component accuracy.
Routine Maintenance: Complete basic tooling adjustments, minor troubleshooting, and standard preventative care.
Workplace Safety: Keep your workstation clean, organized, and fully compliant with shop health and safety standards.
Qualifications Experience: Minimum 1 year operating CNC machinery in an industrial or job-shop environment.
Technical Skills: Confident reading blueprints and working with basic GD&T; symbols.




Measurement Tools: Proficient using precision measuring equipment for quality control inspections.
Physical Demands: Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
Dependability: Solid work ethic, reliable attendance, and dependable transportation to job sites in Brantford, ON.
