We are seeking a Health and Safety Coordinator to support our client's safety initiatives across Manitoba. This hands-on position involves conducting site inspections, promoting corrective actions, and fostering collaborations. You'll also lead safety training sessions and ensure adherence to OHS standards while managing PPE inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections at various job sites across Manitoba
• Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective steps
• Support investigations related to incidents and near-misses




• Train employees and conduct toolbox safety meetings
• Maintain all safety documentation and audit compliance

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in health & safety, ideally in construction
• Educational qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety
• Required COR certification and solid computer skills
• Familiarity with Manitoba OHS legislation
• Valid driver's license with a clean criminal background
