Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement engaging programs for residents
• Maintain departmental records and evaluations
• Communicate effectively with residents,



families, and volunteers
• Facilitate scheduled outings for residents
• Assist with activity assessments and meal services

Requirements:
• College diploma in Recreation or Gerontology
• Experience working with seniors required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Solid communication skills
• Valid driver's license for resident transportation
