This permanent full time role focuses on building strong client partnerships across diverse segments, including institutional and hospitality clients. Your responsibilities will span relationship management, contract oversight, and collaborative efforts with the Business Development Manager to maximize sales opportunities. Through networking and diligent attention to client needs, you'll play a vital role in expanding our impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build long-term trust with clients and stakeholders
• Identify decision-makers within client organizations




• Track business segment performance and insights
• Support internal teams to meet client commitments
• Engage in local events and product demonstrations

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in customer or client relationship roles
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems
• Valid driver's license and clean driving abstract
• Current WHMIS Certificate or willingness to obtain
