You will play a key role in understanding complex business processes and driving the successful delivery of multiple projects. Your experience will help refine requirements, manage user stories, and collaborate closely with both business and technical teams to resolve issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities: • Create transparent user stories and manage backlog refinement • Investigate and coordinate resolution of support tickets • Lead requirements workshops and facilitate backlog reviews • Oversee UAT plans and contribute to change management • Prepare release notes and assist with end-user training

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field • 8 to 10 years in business analysis, supporting complex applications • Proficient in Agile and cross-functional communication • Preferred CBAP certification • Experience in commercial real estate is advantageous
