Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and code project invoices accurately • Maintain and track budgets for assigned projects • Communicate financial information to project managers • Review project contracts and service requests thoroughly • Analyze cost reports with Finance Management

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting with 2+ years of experience • Experience in project accounting within an architecture firm preferred • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel • Ability to handle multiple large projects • Solid verbal and written communication skills
