As a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse, you’ll engage with clients to provide individualized care focused on stabilization and recovery. Key Responsibilities:



• Deliver personalized nursing care to clients with mental illness • Engage in case coordination and discharge planning • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments • Ensure proper medication administration and monitoring • Participate in team planning and quality improvement activities

Requirements: • Active RN or RPN registration with BCCNM • At least 240 hours in a mental health practicum • Proficiency in harm reduction and recovery care • Solid skills in assessment and care planning • Experience in managing aggressive behaviors and conflicts
