We are looking for compassionate individuals to provide personal care and assistance to seniors. Reporting to the Health & Wellness Manager, you will engage with residents, assist with hygiene and daily activities, and prepare meals as required. Your observations will help us maintain the highest care standards, ensuring a supportive environment for those we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate resident transfers and mobility assistance
• Document and report on resident care and conditions
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals
• Provide emotional support to residents and families
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements:
• Completion of Health Care Aide program or equivalent
• At least 500 hours of theory and practicum experience
• Proven organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
• Must obtain a current Vulnerable Sector Check
