We are looking for a Stainless Steel Grinder Operator to join our growing manufacturing team in Langley. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong attention to detail, experience using grinding and finishing tools, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

- Operate grinding and finishing equipment on stainless steel products
- Remove weld marks, scratches, burrs, and surface imperfections
- Perform finishing work to meet quality and appearance standards
- Inspect completed products for defects and accuracy
- Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected work area
- Safely handle materials and use proper lifting techniques
- Work collaboratively with production and fabrication teams to meet deadlines

Qualifications

- Experience grinding, sanding, polishing,



or finishing stainless steel
- Experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to use hand tools, grinders, and finishing equipment safely
- Physically capable of lifting and handling materials as required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
