True North Cannabis Co. and True North Vape are looking for experienced, reliable and motivated Store Managers to join our team.

This is a dual-role position supporting both our cannabis and vape retail operations. Store Managers are hands-on working managers responsible for leading employees, managing daily operations and actively working alongside the team.

Depending on operational needs, scheduled hours and responsibilities may be assigned across True North Cannabis Co. and True North Vape.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily cannabis and vape store operations.
- Supervise, coach and support employees.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle escalations.
- Complete opening/closing, cash-outs, deposits and reconciliation.
- Receive inventory, complete counts and investigate discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with cannabis, vape/tobacco and company requirements.
- Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, security and safety standards.
- Ensure appropriate store coverage and provide coverage when required.
- Perform regular operational duties alongside the store team.
- Work across both True North Cannabis Co. and True North Vape as scheduled.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of retail supervisory or management experience.
- Valid CannSell Certification required.




- Vape/tobacco retail knowledge is an asset; training will be provided.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling and inventory.
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of store operations.
- Successful criminal background check required.

Physical & Scheduling Requirements

This is an active retail role requiring extended periods of standing, bending, reaching, stocking and lifting up to 50 lbs. Our locations operate 7 days a week, with hours that may range from approximately 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Full-Time: 32 - 40 hours/week
