Popeye's Supplements – Davie Street, Downtown Vancouver

Salary: $50,000–$60,000/year based on experience

This position is specifically for our Davie Street location in downtown Vancouver. Please read before applying.

We're looking for a sales-driven retail leader to take ownership of our Davie Street store.

You don't need to be a supplement expert on Day 1 — we can teach product knowledge. What we're looking for is someone who already understands leadership, accountability, sales and how to build a high-performing retail team.

We're looking for someone who:

- Has proven retail management experience
- Understands and enjoys working with sales targets and KPIs
- Knows how to coach, develop and hold a team accountable
- Can recruit and build a strong team
- Is comfortable having difficult conversations when standards aren't being met
- Leads from the sales floor and knows how to sell
- Personally has an interest in fitness, training, sports, nutrition, health or an active lifestyle
- Is confident managing the realities and challenges of a downtown Vancouver retail location
- Lives in Vancouver or has a reliable commute to Davie Street

Experience in supplements, nutrition, fitness, sporting goods or health & wellness is an asset, but not required.





The Opportunity

Davie is currently one of our lower-volume locations, and we're looking for someone who sees that as an opportunity.

We want a manager who can build the team, improve performance, grow sales and take ownership of the business — not simply maintain the store.

Compensation & Benefits

$50,000–$60,000/year based on experience
