Join AppDirect as a Strategic Customer Success Manager and lead efforts for Devs.AI. Own the customer success journey to ensure maximum value delivery to our largest accounts. In this unique role, you will be responsible for the entire post-sale lifecycle for strategic accounts, working closely with internal support teams.

You'll focus on high-touch engagement with key customers, running QBRs, and driving retention through deep product adoption and upselling. Oversee and coordinate the support experience, adapting the established SLAs for the Devs.ai customer base. Key Responsibilities:

- Own onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion processes
- Act as the primary relationship holder for customer success




- Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives to enhance revenue
- Triage support tickets within Zendesk as needed
- Maintain customer health scoring for churn risk identification Requirements:
- 4-7 years in customer success or related roles
- Proven experience in managing strategic accounts
- Comfortable with support operations and Zendesk
- Data-driven mindset using metrics for prioritization
