- Lead policy, regulatory, and research functions across WorkSafeBC
- Provide strategic advice on regulatory and governance matters
- Develop and evaluate key policy initiatives
- Build relationships with stakeholders across various sectors
- Facilitate outreach on policy matters and initiatives
Requirements:
- Law degree and active membership with the Law Society of BC
- 10+ years in senior policy or regulatory roles
- Proven track record in stakeholder engagement and facilitation
- Solid presentation and communication skills
- Experience leading teams and complex projects
