**Job Title: Warehouse Worker**
**Job Description**
Join our distribution center team in SE Calgary as a Warehouse Worker.

You will be cross-trained in all departments of the warehouse, working in a fulfillment center that utilizes advanced automated systems.

This role requires computer knowledge and attention to detail, as well as operating material handling equipment (MHE) such as power pallets, reach forklifts, or order pickers.

Heavy lifting of items up to 50 lbs is a key aspect of the job, with team lifts available for heavier items.
**Responsibilities**
Operate material handling equipment such as power pallets, reach forklifts, and order pickers.

Perform heavy lifting of items up to 50 lbs, with team lifts for heavier items.

Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all duties.

Work independently with minimal supervision.

Meet essential performance requirements of the position.
**Essential Skills**
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly up to 10 hours per day.

Willingness to be trained to perform tasks while operating MHE for up to 10 hours per day.

Possession of steel-toed safety shoes/boots for the first day.

Ability to obtain and maintain an MHE License.

High School education.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
RF Scanner operation.

Experience with inventory, loading, material handling, computer operation.

Skills in picking, packing, pallet jack operation, order picking, unloading, packaging.

Shipping and receiving, labeling, general labor.

Warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

**Work Environment**
Work in a clean, warehouse facility in SE Calgary equipped with automated picking systems.

The warehouse includes non-convoy manual/forklift areas for heavier products and convoy automated picking areas.

Shifts run from 8 am to 6:30 pm, 4 days a week,



with potential for overtime during peak season from October to January.

Pay schedule runs from Friday to Saturday, and overtime is offered after 44 hours in a week through app/email communication
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Calgary, AB.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
