Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver nursing interventions effectively
• Administer medications and treatments per RPN scope
• Provide interpersonal client-centred care




• Collaborate with Registered Nurse for individualized plans
• Support clients in their return to independent living

Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate, Level C
• Experience in geriatric rehabilitation preferred
• Robust communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills in Meditech and Microsoft Office
