Cadillac Fairview is seeking a Development Accounting Analyst for a 6-month contract in Toronto. The role covers development accounting, budgeting, funding drawings, and joint venture reporting across a portfolio of mixed-use projects.
You will map third-party managed projects, prepare journal entries, conduct monthly audits, and ensure compliance with IFRS and JV protocols. Solid Excel and Yardi Voyager skills are essential.
