Reporting to the Direction of Resident Care, you will work alongside Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses to assist with personal care tasks for residents. Your ability to follow established procedures and communicate positively will be vital in enhancing residents' quality of life. Experience is beneficial but not mandatory, as training is provided.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support for residents’ personal care
• Work with nursing staff in day-to-day care

Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 10 and Health Care Aide certification
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions
• Effective communication skills in English
