The Journeyperson will ensure a secure hospital environment by inspecting and repairing Southlake's advanced mechanical systems. With a strong focus on HVAC, air handling units, and preventative maintenance, this position plays a pivotal role in facility operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and maintain air handling units and mechanical systems
• Conduct preventative maintenance as per schedule
• Report and repair issues in HVAC systems promptly




• Monitor Building Automation Systems effectively
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and codes

Requirements:
• Licensed Refrigeration 313(A), Millwright preferred
• 5+ years' HVAC experience in a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with Building Automation Systems
• Knowledge of mechanical systems and safety codes
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
