VINCI Construction, via Deep-Water Intake Group, is seeking a Payroll Specialist for the Pickering project in Ontario. The role manages the full payroll lifecycle for unionized construction staff using ADP, maintains records, and ensures compliance with collective agreements and regulations.
You will handle onboarding/offboarding, time entry reviews, end-of-year filings (T4), and WSIB reporting while maintaining accuracy and data integrity across systems.
