The Early Childhood Educator at OCDSB works hand in hand with classroom teachers to provide quality education tailored for Junior and Senior Kindergarten students. You will lead additional programs that extend learning opportunities before and after standard school hours, ensuring a fun and healthy learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop play-based learning activities in collaboration with teachers
• Oversee after-school educational programs
• Assist Kindergarten students in daily classroom tasks




• Maintain effective communication with families and staff
• Ensure sensitivity towards children's diverse backgrounds

Requirements:
• Two-year community college Early Childhood Education diploma
• Valid registration with Ontario College of Early Childhood Educators
• At least one year of relevant childcare experience
• First Aid/CPR certification necessary
• Police Records Check for Vulnerable Sector completed recently
