This role focuses on client engagement, service planning, and ensuring clients encounter the right resources in the community. You'll maintain compliance with legislative standards and be instrumental in facilitating assessments and care tools. Key Responsibilities:
• Screen and engage prospective clients effectively
• Facilitate and score relevant assessments
• Connect clients with essential community resources
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies
• Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement

Requirements:
• Two (2) year diploma in health or social sciences
• Experience in a substance abuse context
• BCLS and First Aid certification required
• Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training
• Skilled in Microsoft Office tools
