As a Pride Health Educator, your primary mission is to coordinate and deliver a comprehensive educational curriculum focused on inclusivity. You will work closely with partners to promote quality care and support for 2SLGBTQIA+ communities while demonstrating leadership and facilitation skills. Your efforts will be pivotal in integrating affirming care practices and advancing educational strategies in healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver interprofessional curriculum on affirming care
• Collaborate with health professionals and curriculum experts




• Lead educational sessions both online and in-person
• Monitor and assess program effectiveness
• Promote cultural safety and inclusivity in health education

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree from health-related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years experience focusing on 2SLGBTQIA+ topics
• Professional registration required as applicable
• Skills in curriculum design and group facilitation
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
