Permanent Position ready to hire immediately – Located in South Okanagan
Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee solar PV installation projects from start to completion
Provide technical guidance and support to installation teams
Lead, motivate, and support team members to ensure strong performance
Coordinate project timelines, priorities, and resources
Troubleshoot technical and project-related issues
Ensure installations meet safety, quality, and industry standards
Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and other stakeholders
Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications Certified FSR Journeyman an asset and or Electrician (Class A, B, or equivalent)
Minimum 4 years of experience in the solar industry




Robust technical knowledge of solar PV systems
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
What We Offer Starting wage of $40.00 – $48.00 per hour, or based on experience
