In this temporary part time role, you'll be responsible for addressing the nutritional needs of clients with neurological injuries, such as strokes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to prepare and implement effective nutrition care plans tailored to individual rehabilitation goals. Your role will include providing both individualized and group education to ensure successful dietary management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed nutrition assessments for neurological conditions
• Create and evaluate personalized nutrition care plans
• Educate clients and families on nutrition-related interventions




• Facilitate enteral nutrition management and monitoring
• Organize and prioritize workloads across various settings

Requirements:
• Degree in Foods and Nutrition required
• Completion of an accredited internship program
• Potential registration with Dietitians of Canada is beneficial
• Experience in clinical nutrition or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
