Join Northern Health as a Coordinator for Health Information Management, focusing on the administration and planning of HIM services with innovative technology solutions.

In this role, you will be pivotal in the administration and coordination of health information management within your HSDA. You will work under the Manager, providing insights on budgets and human resources while ensuring compliance with institutional policies. Your leadership will contribute to maintaining high standards of service delivery in health information.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate Health Information Management services with oversight
• Advise management on budgeting and staffing needs
• Ensure compliance with regulations and institutional policies




• Guide staff in Records Management and Release of Information
• Monitor the quality and timeliness of HIM service delivery

Requirements:
• Relevant experience in health information management
• Robust understanding of regulatory standards
• Excellent leadership and organizational capabilities
• Proficient in distance communication technologies
• Willingness to travel as necessary
