Based in Mont-Royal, you will report to the Vice-President of Operations & Logistics. This position requires managing inventory procedures, supporting cycle counts, and maintaining SKU-level tracking across the network. Your solid analytical skills will enable you to resolve discrepancies and proactively enhance customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish inventory control policies across fulfillment centers
• Maintain accurate inventory records in every FC location
• Supervise cycle counting and enforce standards
• Guide inventory problem resolutions impacting orders
• Monitor compliance with safety and audit standards

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in inventory control or supply chain
• At least 2 years in a team leadership role
• Strong command over inventory control principles
• Hands-on experience in warehouse management systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
