Alberta Courts is seeking an Intermediate Communications Specialist to enhance communication strategies and engage stakeholders effectively. This role is critical in supporting Court Technology Services' initiatives and delivering explicit, impactful messaging.

In this position, you will work closely with the Executive Director and CTS leadership to foster employee engagement and facilitate organizational change. You will design impactful communication materials, develop strategies for major initiatives, and ensure that all messaging aligns with Alberta Courts' standards. Your expertise will support executive communications and improve operational messaging to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop executive communications for leadership updates and announcements
• Prepare monthly communications based on executive input




• Create professional presentation materials and newsletters
• Translate technical information into clear communications
• Review and edit communications from project teams

Requirements:
• Proven experience in communications strategy development
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Experience with branding and visual identity
• Familiarity with plain language principles in communications
