We are searching for an Executive Chef to join our Parkland on Eglinton West team based in Etobicoke, Ontario.

Additional Benefits Include Approximate annual salary range: $75,000 - $84,000

About The Opportunity Selects, shapes,
and develops the culinary team
Providing leadership and overseeing provision of food services
Providing catering services for internal and external events
Providing input into division menu development
Liaising with the Health Services Team to ensure client receive the appropriate therapeutic menu modification as indicated by their medical condition
About You Journeyman Cook papers from an accredited institution
Current and recognized Advanced Food Safety certificate
Minimum 5-7 years' experience as a chef
Minimum of two years in a leadership role in food services
Experience in volume food preparation in the hospitality or long-term care sector
Successful candidates will be required to obtain a clear Criminal Record Check , and where applicable, a Vulnerable Sector Check , prior to appointment.
Previous management experience is an asset, as well as any other Alzheimer’s or Dementia training courses are considered an asset
