Take charge of facilities management as the Lead for CMPA in Ottawa. Balance operational excellence with strategic development for a thriving workplace setting.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facilitation, including day-to-day operations at Dow’s Lake Court. Working closely with the Corporate Services team, you will ensure that facilities support both current needs and future growth. Your focus will also include space planning, project management, and maintaining high standards in safety and security services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage property management and facility service agreements
• Implement long-term operational strategies and budgets
• Facilitate space analyzes and renovations for efficiency




• Oversee health and safety programs and compliance
• Maintain positive relations with tenants and clients

Requirements:
• 3-year degree in Facility Management or equivalent
• 7-9 years of facilities experience, including leadership
• Knowledge of project management and financial review
• Strong understanding of WHMIS and safety legislation
• Preferred experience with AutoCAD and ergonomic assessments

Utilize your skills in facilities leadership to enhance CMPA operations and client satisfaction in Ottawa.
