Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and inspire branch team members
• Guide sales agents to meet targets regularly
• Monitor branch performance through key reports

Requirements:
• Minimum three years of insurance industry experience
• Insurance broker Level 2 license required
• Knowledge of personal lines and auto insurance
• CAIB and/or CIP accreditation is a bonus
• Post-secondary degree/diploma preferred
