Join our team as an Office Team and help create exceptional experiences for our families, participants, and community. We welcome applications from individuals with a combination of relevant work, volunteer, and educational experience. The Office & Customer Service Associate serves as the first point of contact for clients, families, and visitors. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing office operations, supporting program registration and payments, and ensuring a welcoming, safe, and organized setting for all individuals accessing Club services.

Education & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Post-secondary education in Office Administration, Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field is considered an asset.
Previous experience in customer service, administration, reception, childcare, recreation, or a related environment is considered an asset.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and database/registration systems.
Ability to obtain a satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check.
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle, ability to travel to off-site locations, F-Class License, or willingness to acquire
Experience in a recreation, childcare, non-profit, or customer service environment
Experience with registration systems, cash handling, and administrative support
Work week:
Monday to Friday - 35 hours/week
