We are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to support one of the largest agriculture companies in north america. The role will have a primary focus on passkey authentication rollout, data protection, and security program enhancement. The successful candidate will work across multiple cybersecurity projects, helping strengthen security controls, improve user authentication experiences, protect sensitive data, and support ongoing security operations.
This role is ideal for a well-rounded cybersecurity professional who enjoys working across both strategic and hands-on security initiatives in a Microsoft-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities Support the planning, implementation, and adoption of enterprise passkey and passwordless authentication solutions.
Assist with data protection initiatives, including data classification, data loss prevention (DLP), governance, and security controls.
Partner with IT, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver cybersecurity projects and drive security best practices.
Monitor, investigate, and respond to security events and threats using enterprise security platforms.
Assist in the configuration, management, and optimization of cybersecurity solutions across the organization.
Participate in security assessments,



vulnerability management activities, and risk reduction initiatives.
Help develop and improve security policies, standards, and procedures.
Provide cybersecurity guidance and support to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Stay current on emerging threats, industry trends, and security technologies.
Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Security Operations, or a related field.
Experience supporting or leading passkey, passwordless authentication, identity management, MFA, or authentication modernization initiatives.
Strong understanding of data protection principles, including DLP, information governance, and sensitive data handling.
Experience working on multiple cybersecurity projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and best practices (NIST, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, etc.).
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Technical Skills Experience with one or more of the following technologies:
Microsoft Purview (preferred)
CrowdStrike
Splunk
Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) solutions
Identity & Access Management (IAM) technologies
