In this position with Capital Planning & Operations, you will work full-time on campus, utilizing your experience to deliver exceptional painting and decorating services. You are expected to manage tasks independently or collaboratively while adhering to safety standards and professional guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare surfaces for painting and decor applications
• Handle tools to safely execute painting tasks
• Perform drywall finishing and veneer plastering




• Erect safety scaffolding and ladders as needed
• Estimate materials and labor for projects

Requirements:
• License to practice Painting and Decorating in New Brunswick
• 3 years of experience at a Journeyperson level
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Competent in supervising Trades helpers
