In this 18-month contract role, you’ll partner with various business leaders and stakeholders to translate objectives into actionable learning solutions. Utilizing your expertise, you will play a crucial role in enhancing clinical acumen and driving data-driven decision-making across the company’s operations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of related experience required
• 5 years in HR or learning development preferred
• Experience with HR processes in complex environments
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
