Elevate client experiences with Manulife as a Client Relationship Specialist in Vancouver. This hybrid role focuses on supporting Mid-Market clients and enhancing service delivery.

In this position, you will manage relationships with existing and potential Mid-Market clients, as well as key Advisor Firms and Partners. Collaborating closely with Account Executives, you will drive client satisfaction through responsive service and educate clients on their Group Benefits plans. Your analytical skills will play a crucial role in preparing reports, resolving escalated issues, and facilitating onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support distribution partners in acquiring new business deals
• Resolve complex inquiries from Plan Sponsors and Advisors




• Champion successful outcomes for service escalations
• Prepare reports using web analytics tools
• Deliver presentations on Group Benefits and new products

Requirements:
• Minimum three years in Group Benefits experience
• Robust communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Knowledge of underwriting concepts
• Valid driver’s license and personal automobile
